I received some feedback that our email on Monday contained a broken link for you to be able to register for our competition on March 8th from 10:30am. So I'm sending this again.  Obvisouly the deadline is getting very close now so if you intend to compete please register now so we have plenty of time to organise our categories and the running order to make sure this is a successful event.

As a reminder, this is an inter club competition and aside from being a fun and rewarding competition to enter.  It is particularly ideal if:

- you intend to take part in national or regional competitions in the future.  You'll test your skills compete in patterns and sparring technique in a safe and friendly environment and you'll learn how to gain confidence in a competition

- you're looking to grade in the near future because competing will help you to focus and fine tun your technique - this is especially important if you're blue belt or above,

- you would benefit from a point of focus to help raise your standards to the next level.

 You will be able to compete in the following disciplines:

- Patterns

- Sparring

- Special Technique - Flying high kick and Flying side kick

- Power testing - 16+

Competitors will be split into groups based on age bands and belt levels.  Bronze, silver and gold medals will be available for the Patterns and Sparring disciplines.  For special technique and power testing the competition will be for Gold only.
