Starting Saturday 11th January at 10am, we are running a 4 week beginners karate course for you!

 

We will teach you how to punch, kick, block, form a front stance amongst many other things. 

 

It will help with your flexibility, posture, coordination and also be a new challenge!

 

Classes will be held at:

Seal Hollow Road

Sevenoaks

Mark your calendars for four action-packed Saturdays:

All classes are 10am-11am (1hr)
