There are many different principles to sparring – stand up, close contact, stand up grappling, floor grappling & ground work.
 
These platforms will teach students, proper distancing and timing in order to maximise the student’s defensive/offensive techniques.
 
As students develop their skills, the principles will be practiced with various opponents, to increase intensity, speed, focus, physical and mental resilience.
