It's time to bring all the hard work, dedication, and spirit together as we prepare for an exciting Q1 Grading Weekend at Adrenaline Martial Arts! This is your moment to take that next big step on your martial arts journey, moving closer to your goals and showcasing the skills you've worked tirelessly to develop.

Join us for this action-packed weekend where every student, from beginner to advanced, gets the chance to rise to the challenge and push their limits. Here’s everything you need to know:

Grading Dates:

  • Saturday, 29th March 2025:

    • Red/Black Belts
    • 1st Degree Black Belts
    • 2nd Degree Black Belts

  • Sunday, 30th March 2025:

    • White, Blue, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Purple, Purple/White, Brown, Brown/White Belts
    • Adults Sport Karate

Important Deadlines:

  • Discounted Earlybird Deadline: Wednesday, 15th January 2025
  • Standard Rate Deadline: Saturday, 15th March 2025
    • (Any entries after this date will incur an additional admin fee)

Note: Grading fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, so only book if you’re sure you can attend.

Private gradings are available for those who need an alternative option. Please contact customercare@adrenaline.group for more details.

How to Apply:
Applications can be made via card payment online at www.adrenalinemartialarts.co.uk For cash payments, ask your instructor for a paper grading form during class.

What You’ll Need:

  • White Belts: Official Adrenaline Martial Arts White Uniform
  • Blue & Red Belts: White uniform + Adrenaline-approved Sparring Gear (purchase at www.theadrenalinestore.co.uk)
  • Orange to Red/Black Belts: Adrenaline-approved Sparring Gear + Official Adrenaline Martial Arts Black Uniform
  • Black Belt Grades: Adrenaline-approved Sparring Gear + Official Adrenaline Martial Arts Red Uniform

Please note: Starting 2025, all gloves must be closed-fingered. Dipped foam gloves will no longer be permitted for use in class or at gradings, so make sure you’ve got the right gear!
