These sessions are open to students aged 9+ who want to push harder, train smarter, and sharpen their skills.

Not only will you boost your performance, but you’ll also be gearing up for the NTA UK Interhouse Competition on 17th May 2026 (invites going out shortly). We also encourage all squad members to test themselves at open competitions — details are on our Events Calendar.
