Nage-no-Kata (Forms of Throwing) was developed by Jigoro Kano, that teaches the fundamental principles of Judo's throwing techniques (Nage-waza) through 15 specific throws, categorized into: Hand, Hip, Foot, and Sacrifice techniques, performed in a structured sequence for both left and right sides to illustrate Kuzushi (balance breaking), Tsukuri (fitting in), and Kake (execution).
