It’s time to bring all your hard work, dedication, and spirit together as we prepare for an exciting Q1 Grading Weekend at Adrenaline Martial Arts! This is your opportunity to take the next big step on your martial arts journey—moving closer to your goals and showcasing the skills you’ve worked tirelessly to develop.

Join us for this action-packed weekend where every student, from beginner to advanced, has the chance to rise to the challenge and push their limits.

  • White, Blue, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Purple, Purple/White, Brown, Brown/White Belts

  • Red/Black Belts

  • 1st Degree Black Belts

  • 2nd Degree Black Belts

Sunday, 26th April 2026

  • White, Blue, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Purple, Purple/White, Brown, Brown/White Belts

  • Grey Belt to Black Belt (Additional fee includes official Red Adrenaline Martial Arts Black Belt Uniform)

  • Adults Sport Karate (14 years+ Taller Teenagers should book this all grades group)

What You’ll Need

  • White Belts: Official Adrenaline Martial Arts White Uniform

  • Blue & Red Belts: White uniform + Adrenaline-approved Sparring Gear (www.theadrenalinestore.co.uk)

  • Orange to Red/Black Belts: Adrenaline-approved Sparring Gear + Official Adrenaline Martial Arts Black Uniform

  • Black Belt Grades: Adrenaline-approved Sparring Gear + Official Adrenaline Martial Arts Red Uniform

🔴 Equipment Update: From 2025 onwards, all gloves must be closed-fingered. Dipped foam gloves are no longer permitted for class or gradings—please ensure you have the correct gear. Also any damaged or outgrown kit must be replaced before the grading.
