Our Summer Camp is one of the highlights of the year — five action-packed days of martial arts, games, team challenges, outdoor activities and confidence building. It’s a fantastic way for students to improve their skills, make new friends and enjoy an unforgettable week with the Fortitude team.

🎉 WHAT TO EXPECT

Our Summer Camp schedule is packed with fun, including:

🥋 Martial arts training & skill development
⚔️ Foam weapon battles
🏆 Team games and challenges
🏰 Bouncy castles
💦 Water pistol battles
🎯 Outdoor activities
🤝 Team building and confidence training

We aim to stick to the planned timetable as long as the British weather cooperates!
(We’ve already placed our order for sunshine ☀️)

Please note we reserve the right to adjust the schedule if necessary.

🎒 WHAT TO BRING EACH DAY

• Emergency contact number(s) and any required medication (e.g. asthma inhalers)
• Do-Bok & Belt – please arrive wearing your uniform
• Full Sparring Kit (recommended for Yellow Belts and above)
• Packed lunch with juice cartons
• 2 × 500ml bottles of water (no fizzy drinks please)
• Afternoon snacks
• Outdoor clothing (trainers, crocs, flip flops etc.) – may get muddy or wet
• Towel and bag for wet/dirty clothes
• Change of underwear and socks for after water activities
• Water pistol clearly named
• And most importantly… enthusiasm and a big smile!

🥋 GRADING OPPORTUNITY

Students who currently hold their Red Tip belt and are close to grading may be invited to grade on Friday during camp week.
Further details will be provided during the camp.
